Ten Years of Cardboard

March 14, 2015

For those of you who celebrate the awesomeness of numbers, Happy Pi Day!

For me, March 14th is also special for another reason. Ten years ago today, I ran around my hometown of Warren, PA with a giant blocky man made of cardboard, duct tape, and spray paint, and photographed him engaging in a series of everyday activities. That project, Ped Xing, is still one of my favorite photography projects I've ever done. Check it out, it's still a fun album to peruse. (But ugh, why did I think long hair was a good look for me?)
